Outlined & Detailed Planning
We can provide fully bespoke services from initial consultation, sketch proposals, measured surveys through to full planning submission including liaising with other profession consultants, we also offer Computer Generated Images to help visualise your project.
Computer Generated Images (CGI's)
We can provide a selection of property CGI's and marketing materials for your project at competitive prices, Images include but not limited to:
- External CGI's
- Internal CGI's,
- 3D Floor plans
- Site Plans.
All of which can be used to assist with planning applications, websites, marketing information and brochures.
Building Regulations & Specification
Following planning permission we can take your designs further with full building regulation drawings and specification showing full compliance with the latest Building Regulations and Standards. We also offer full working drawing package for more detailed drawing requirements. We assist with liaising with other specialist consultants for example structural or drainage design and work with both local authority building control and independent approved inspectors.
Contract Administration
For some clients, dealing with contractors to obtain quotations for building works and the issue of standard forms of contracts can be a daunting thought, we help to take the stress out of this by offering a full contract administration service which includes regular site visits during the construction period and beyond including valuation reports and certification.
