Following the purchase of this impressive four-storey waterfront home, set within 1.3 acres on the Restronguet Peninsula, we were appointed by the new owners to survey the existing property and develop proposals for its extension.

The site benefits from direct slipway access to Carrick Roads and Restronguet Creek. Our brief involved preparing a full measured survey and designing a substantial single-storey extension over the existing garden terrace to create additional living accommodation.



We then prepared and submitted the planning application for the proposed works.
