We provided full architectural services for a new two-storey rear extension to this terraced home in Redruth, replacing an existing single-storey kitchen extension.

The completed design created a larger kitchen, a new ground-floor bathroom, and an additional first-floor bedroom with an en-suite. The works also included the installation of a new heating and hot water system throughout the property.



Our involvement covered the project from initial sketch proposals through householder planning approval, detailed technical drawings and specification, and Building Regulations approval.
