St Austell

Following the successful delivery of previous projects, we were retained by a local developer to provide full architectural services for a distinctive residential development near St Austell.


The scheme comprises seven contemporary three- and four-bedroom village homes, together with the sensitive conversion of the existing farmhouse into an impressive character property. The homes are arranged around a shared central parking area, with dedicated garage provision for each plot.



Our involvement covered the complete design process, from initial sketch proposals through full planning permission, Building Regulations approval, detailed technical design, and specification.
