Alexandra Heights, Penzance

Following the purchase of a site with existing planning permission, we were appointed by a local contractor to develop the approved residential scheme.

The development comprised two detached three-bedroom homes and a terrace of three townhouses fronting the main road. We reviewed and amended the internal layouts across all five properties to improve space, functionality, and overall liveability.



Our involvement continued with the preparation of comprehensive detailed drawings and specifications to support Building Regulations approval and construction.
