Porthtowan

A contemporary replacement dwelling designed for a prominent hillside site with far-reaching sea views across Porthtowan Beach.

The original planning application proposed the partial demolition and alteration of an existing bungalow, together with substantial extensions to create a modern two-storey home. However, once initial demolition works began, it became clear that the retained structure was not suitable for continued use.



A revised planning application was subsequently prepared and approved for a complete replacement dwelling. We then progressed the project through detailed design, Building Regulations approval, and a comprehensive working-drawing package to support construction.
