Following our earlier work at Poplar Barn, which helped establish the planning context for the successful Bos Hwarth development, a second residential plot was secured within the original garden land.

After the plot was sold, we were appointed by the new owners to prepare and submit a revised planning application. The original proposal for a two-storey detached family home was redesigned as a more modest bungalow, tailored to the clients’ specific requirements, lifestyle, and budget.



The revised scheme provides a practical and individual home while responding sensitively to the character of the site and its village-edge setting.
