A bespoke two-bedroom bungalow designed within the garden of the applicants’ parents’ property in Falmouth.

The new self-contained home replaced an existing detached garage and made effective use of an unused triangular section of the garden. The design provides spacious modern accommodation, private amenity space, and dedicated off-road parking.



We developed the project from initial sketch proposals through full planning and Building Regulations approval, including the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications.
